Earlier this year, The Neighbourhood announced they were parting ways with drummer Bryan Sammis, and fans anxiously awaited to see what his next move would be. This is where Olivver comes in.
It is clear that this is a passion project for Sammis, with his heart and soul in every detail of the audio and visuals of Olivver (see “Purge“). With it’s minimalistic instrumentals and his smooth vocals, “Attica ’71” is a perfect lead-in for a summer soundtrack and what is ahead for Olivver.
