Howie Day is returning to Vancouver on the last date of his West Coast tour with guests Tyler Hilton and Anna Rose. They will be playing at The Railway Club this Sunday December 15th.
You may be familiar with Howie Day from a few of his Top 10 hits back in 2004, off of his sophomore effort Stop All the World At once, which produced the platinum singles “She Says” and “Collide”. His latest release was an EP titled Ceasefire back in 2011, and has been testing new material on the road for an upcoming and unannounced release.
Tyler Hilton is also another familiar name and face, having starred in television on One Tree Hill and on the silver screen in Walk The Line. Acting credits aside, music has been first and foremost for Hilton. Forget The Storm is his latest release in 8 years, and first without the backing of a major label.
Last but certainly not least in the line-up, New York’s Anna Rose is touring in support of her sophomore release, Behold A Pale Horse. There is a vivid depth to Rose’s voice that adds to the dimensions of her songwriting. The result is a blend of everything from pop to rock to blues to soul.
Doors open at 7:30pm, show starts at 8:30pm. Tickets are $15 and available through Northern Tickets here.
