There’s nothing like a band from SoCal bringing some sunshine to a rainy Vancouver evening. Sun Room brought energy and good vibes to the crowd at the Commodore Ballroom as they warmed up the stage for Inhaler.
The four-piece band consists of Luke Asgian on lead vocals and guitar, Ashton Minnich on guitar, Max Pinamonti on bass, and Gibby Anderson on drums. Anderson rocked a vintage Vancouver shirt for the occasion. Sun Room came into fruition as a band only a few years ago, but their stage chemistry comes across as seasoned beyond that timeframe and it was abundantly clear that the four were having a lot of fun on stage.
The SoCal band played a 30-minute set including older songs on their repertoire like “Crashed My Bike” as well as newer songs off of their latest EP Outta Their Minds, including “Cadillac”.
Sun Room continues on their North American tour with Inhaler. You can find the remainder of the tour dates here and more about Sun Room on their website here.
