Vision is everything. This is something that Tove Styrke is familiar with. The pop songstress got her start on Swedish Idol, releasing her self-titled album shortly afterwards at the age of 18. The album reached platinum status and even received a Swedish Grammy nomination. Rather than riding on the success of her debut, Styrke decided to move back home with her parents in Umeå in Northern Sweden to figure out her musical identity.

There is no doubt that The Ting Tings know how to create infectious music. Their debut album, We Started Nothing, produced the hits “That’s Not My Name” and “Shut Up and Let Me Go” that topped the charts back in 2008.
