Jasper Sloan Yip recently released the first single, “The Day Passed and the Sun Went Down”, from his upcoming third full-length record Post Meridiem.
The accompanying music video was filmed during the solar eclipse last month in the path of totality in Oregon and directed by Nelson Mouëllic. The video is the perfect companion to the dreamy and reflective track, as Jasper road trips down and explores the Oregon landscape.
Post Meridiem will be released on October 27th on Afterlife Music. The album release show is in Vancouver on October 5th at The Wise Hall alongside Real Ponchos, with more details here.
